I found this "JobcentrePlus Work Coach psychological aptitude tests." FOI

"As we stated, online tests are administered on behalf of DWP by Civil Service Resourcing. These tests are provided by third party commercial providers.
Disclosing the content of the test would prejudice the commercial interests of the provider as they would be unable to continue to use any tests that had been disclosed as applicants would then know the questions they would be asked during testing and the answers to those questions. "
