Why didn't those on JSA get a £20 a week lockdown-period bonus like those on UC did?

Does anyone know why people on JSA didn't get a £20 a week lockdown-period bonus, like those on UC did? JSA pays less that UC, so those on JSA should have had an increase of some sort during lockdown, I think.

I'm on JSA and though I would be slightly better off financially on UC, I hear that UC claimants get hassled more by JC staff. So given that, the few pounds more I would get on UC isn't worth it.
