I asked to self isolate what proof is required to show JCP?

If I receive a call/text to self isolate, what evidence would I be required to supply to JCP, if can't sign on in person?

JSA: PERIODS OF SICKNESS
6. Where a JSA claimant
1. is affected by Coronavirus disease as in paragraph 3 and
2. satisfies the JSA conditions of entitlement apart from the condition that they do
not have LCW1 they are treated as not having LCW2.
