Anon GP quoted from the report wrote:Employers and employees also acknowledged the importance of positive workplace culture in fostering an environment conducive to good health and wellbeing, both physical and mental. A positive work culture was described by many to be one in which employees were engaged in their work, found their workload manageable and where employers took an active role in supporting their employees to maintain their health and wellbeing so they continued to have the capacity to carry out their job role.
