Self certification while on the UC

Does anyone know how to make a Self Certificate while on the UC? In the FOI it says you can if in the AWRA group. And second, is there anything that you can't self cert for? It not that I am ill, just wish to know.

The first 14 days and two periods in a rolling 12 months" : "Claimants can self certify if they are unfit for work(job seeking?) for up to 7 days".
