While UBI and UBSS sound somehow similar, there is a difference.
UBI is a basic human right and it is individual to each member of society, meaning that it can be used to better or worsen one's life underlying fundamental freedom of choice.
UBSS is a rehash of the welfare state, in itself a commendable and worthy cause, that however empowers the complying citizen and it is subject, as we have seen in this Country, to institutional decay.
The bottom line is that UBI is not welfare but, it worth reiterating, a right. It does not substitute society care and evolution, UBI is just a step forward, like freedom of speech or travelling, toward a more humanistic existence.

And we can't have that can we Brutus. The 'elite,' would rather badger us all into our graves with their idiotic ideology of working for nothing, 'ALL WORK IS GOOD FOR YOU.'At least we know they have been greatly mistaken.
