Keeping historic jobsearch evidence?
Is there any point keeping historic jobsearch evidence? URLS, screenshots, etc
Can a work coach randomly decided to raise a doubt from September 2018 for example?
I have stuff from 6 months ago and was considering deleting but there is the paranoid side of my brain saying I shouldn't "just incase"
Is there any DWP guidance or known cases about this sort of thing?

I have been thinking about this myself. Not sure how long to retain evidence. I hope someone knows, or perhaps it needs a FOI.

Re: Keeping historic jobsearch evidence?
Good question Dylan.
JC staff can determine the frequency of UC work search/evidence interviews.
Evidence J3100
Where there is a doubt about whether a claimant is meeting their work search requirement, the case will usually be referred to the DM with
1. a copy of the claimant commitment and
2. details of any other action to seek work that an officer of the Jobcentre Plus office suggested the claimant take in the week or weeks in question and
3. evidence of what action the claimant took to seek work in those weeks and
4. evidence of what action the claimant took in previous weeks and
5. evidence of any advice about searching for work that the Jobcentre Plus office had previously given the claimant.

I would suggest keeping evidence from the last WSR.

Thanks, yeah this seems sensible I suppose.
If they request anything older than this it would be outrageous

I thought I had a lot of data but that is impressive. I usually have a periodic clear out.

I've kept everything going back to first signing on - 2013.
