Telephone number for journal users needing to speak with someone.
I contacted Turn2Us and was given a number for UC enquiries.
I note that when you call DWP, the automated voice tells UC claimants to go to the online journal; this implies that UC claimants cannot speak to a person via telephone at all; This is misleading if the above number CAN be used by UC claimants wishing to speak via telephone to someone.

At the end of the Journal info, you then get 7 options to choose from.
I think the initial blurb is a deflection technique!
