A year or so ago when my work coach was updating my CC me and her was talking about just this. If her claimants didn't have a phone she sent them to Argos to pick up a phone for £25. She admitted this phone wasn't up to the task as it was slow, out dated and most people didn't understand how to properly set it up for UJM.
