However, to help as many Jobseekers as quickly as possible I have incorporated the relevant public information (posted here) that helped to win their appeals without going to a Tribunal.
Some JCP staff try hard to trip claimants up; nearly every Jobseeker could be caught on ASE using DWP's perverse policies and devious tactics, which DM's are rubber stamping!
It is my intention to review all the templates over the next few months and I will post them here.
I hope the revision is easier to read and understand. Let me know if it requires any tweaks.
