Census Questions 2021forum
I found this website with the questions on the online Census 21 form. As i was wondering what to expect on it.
Also i noticed questions: 35 - 46 where about employment....
Secondly Q46 asks "If you had a job last week go to Q47. If you did not have a job last week go to Q51"... I am in a pickle here. As i class 'Job Seeking' as my occupation . While i will fill the form in as go to Q51, seems badly written to me🤨.

Take great Care how you fill in your Census form; There are a number of "Trick Questions" trying to catch Job seekers out, Read the whole document before starting to fill anything in;
I thought mine would be simple, But then discovered they Want employment & Income details going back years,
Remember a Lot of Departments will be sharing these Documents, Inc, DSS, Work & Employment, Tax office, Benefits & Housing Departments, & Disability Department, To name just a few.

Having filled in the form, they do not want employment & income details going back years. They ask who your last employer was and what work you did. Nowhere is it mentioned what you earned. The only reference to this is the question asking if you've ever done any paid work. I clicked "yes" for this option and that was that. Even if you are currently in work nowhere does it ask what your current income is.Rebel-1 wrote:I thought mine would be simple, But then discovered they Want employment & Income details going back years

If this was a tweet it would have a "fact check" disclaimer next to it. This simply isn't true.

Re: Census Questions 2021forum
Now i have filled the form in. There where 3x categories (people live with, household & accommodation, and You/personal).
Employment was last job title, company, paye/self employed. Looking for work (yes, of course), job starting soon, furlowed, etc. No details of incomes on mine.
I thought the main tripwire, would be people living at properties, when they say there not. Otherwise easy enough. Nothing in the education part about 'Cat sat on the mat' course thou.

Re: Census Questions 2021forum
Been thinking about questions that could of been on the Census form? Such as 'do you think the UBI is a good idea', 'Are you happier/contented with your life, when compared to than 10 yrs ago'? Rather than how i heat my house...

This thread is now going off topic. Anyone wishing to continue a UBI discussion should now start a new thread.

^ Was that necessary? This forum gets about 2 posts per day, if that - I'm sure had you not said anything I wouldn't of even got a response anyway. Shouldn't we be encouraging posters to build a more active community?

Yes! it is necessary to keep threads on topic to help members to find relevant information when searching threads in the future. You would be frustrated if you went to a library and missed a useful book because it was on the wrong shelf.
