about time that was done and its about time the other call charges was changed as well

ive been on phone often and had to endure 3/4 of an hour just ringing dwp or even longer

sometimes even ive had phonecalls picked up and then placed back down again from there dwp departments i can assure you its left me spitting feathers knowing what the cost has been sometimes just to ring them up and have the damn thing picked up and then put down is damn insulting to try again on there call back system
