Legacy JSA claimant commitment

I get JSA Ib. I had my CC updated. It says no restrictions on availability.
One box saying" I am available for work any hours on any day for at least 40 hours per week" is ticked.
The next box "The days and hours I am available for work are" is blank. WC said its something about 16 hours rule. It was done really quickly. Don't know what she meant.
My previous CC had my hours available as 8-6 pm each day. I wasn't given option for these on updated CC.
Can I ask for these hours? Do they need to be stated in " Other restrictions box on CC"? Are there new rules.? Is the updated CC for UC?
