Cannabis and Covid19
I've been thinking about with the looming economic fallout from the Covid19 crisis in this country. Maybe the legalization of marijuana in the UK, could help. It would be a "cash crop" for the treasury? Sorry about the pun there
As well as the creation of a new legal industry, creating jobs from start up business of this product?
🥦 Ps: I noticed there isn't a cannabis leaf icon on my device....

That is a very interesting idea. It would mean that the police would no longer need to police the cannabis black market and that consumers could be assured of the quality of their cannabis product.
(ps. nice floret of broccoli there ).

At least if they legalise it I wouldn't have to put up with that awful smelling skunk coming from my next door neighbour's house. Skunk would be a thing of the past, out-classed by a better product sold in a proper shop

Your right @Absolut, you have to wonder how many problems associated with cannabis use are due to unscrupulous business ethics. Where if there was legal quality control over the product, would these disappear?
Also there is a fella near me to still has alot of friends coming around to see him, even with the social lockdown. They come around for a few minutes, shake his hand then leave...

Sorry about the double posting? 🤨
Another point on this thread. We have had 10 years of "Austerity" in this country. And the shape of things we are heading for some more? As we have all seen that the brunt of these measures where aimed at the needest in society!
