The DWP complaints process is a complete failure.

Telephone complaints are in the majority of cases not investigated and no formal response is sent out

Complaints in writing are often ignored

sorry but i dont agree that it should be digital by default either

dwp are just a law unto themselves so kinda refuse any way possible unless it goes to court and proven that way in more cases than not they try to settle out of court

by paying back pay then they can say to judge with payed up all arrears so this case isnt relevant now
