Unhappy with your mandatory reconsideration decision
Rather than preparing a complaint [you can always complain later if necessary] you can expedite matters by asking the DM to have a second look at his/her decision. I have this done this many times with success including a recent case for a RB member.
Use the template below following an unfavourable mandatory reconsideration.
All decisions can be changed.
A1014
If the decision is found later to be inaccurate it can be altered by
1.revision1
2.supersession2
3.appeal3.

Where a decision is revised, the claimant can request a written statement of reasons for the decision in its revised form, even if a statement was provided for the original decision. This is because there is a right of appeal against a decision as revised. Rights to request a written statement of reasons should always be notified when a decision has the right of appeal.

Tips
Seek advice if necessary https://advicelocal.uk/
Ask for a statement of reasons if you do not know already know exactly what the reasons are
Ask the Jobcentre manager to arrange for your request for revision to be emailed to the Decision Maker
Continue with your Tribunal appeal to avoid any delay
