Alternative work search evidence types for people unable to use the universal credit online journal

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,
Please provide relevant guidance setting out details of alternative work search evidence provision methods e.g. written, typed, printed, which are acceptable as job search evidence, instead of claimants using the online universal credit journal.
Please provide the relevant guidance available to work coaches when preparing a claimant commitment. I am requesting details of what provisions are made to reflect the needs of claimants without access to the Internet and who do not have a job centre located in their town or village.
