Universal JobMatch replaced with findajob.dwp.gov.uk
The following email was received from UJ service:
'You are receiving this email because you have a Universal Jobmatch account, which will close on 17 June 2018.
On 14 May 2018 the Department for Work and Pensions introduced a new service called Find a job. This will replace Universal Jobmatch.
You can still use Universal Jobmatch until 17 June 2018. However, new jobs are being advertised on Find a job.
What you need to do
We will not move your account information over to the new service.
You will need to save any information you currently have on your account by 17 June. This could include your:
● CV
● cover letter
● application history
You can access Universal Jobmatch through the following web address:
jobsearch.direct.gov.uk
To find out how to save your information you can visit the DWP YouTube channel. Go to YouTube and search for ‘How to copy your information on Universal Jobmatch’.
Find a job
You can access the new service from gov.uk and directly through the following web address:
findajob.dwp.gov.uk
To apply for jobs you will need to create a new account. This is a simple process using your email address and a password instead of your Government Gateway ID.
If you have any questions you can speak to your local jobcentre or contact us through the website.'
Is there anything I need to know before signing up with the new job search site, eg JCP accessibility?

One point about the F-A-J site @CC120: "Claimants cannot be mandated to use the Find a Job website specifically. ".
