I wonder if this is due to the UBI they have started in Finland☀ .

Also the UK came out as 19th place, that will be on the decline if this country is going the way it is in years to come Finland declared happiest country in the world in United Nations report 1392310362 .

there have been many "UBIesque" experiments and pilots but the one in Finland is both too small and too limited to bring about too many smiles.

The finn have however a fantastic school system plenty land (albeit cold...) and a state that helps more its citizen.
Like all the other Scandinavian States good public services and no too much ideological or religious interference.
Just about the opposite than we.

Also don't the Scandinavian countries have a good rehabilitation of prisoners/convicts as well? Which should help the crime rate to go down, and make the country a safer place to live? Basketball Again we don't have this here with are ex-con's in this country, as we seem to be doing everything backwards? Suspect

They are simply a more civilised society, at the moment.
Far from being perfect or even a model, they are however the best on offer at the moment.
This Country is indeed going backward,receding from civilisation and where and how low it will fall is anybody guess.
