Hi newsignon
UC has been suspended for the time being.
Your first interview will be exactly the same as the interview you had when you signed on last time. Nothing has changed (I had a new claim back in November).
I don't see how they can send you back to the Work Programme as it's a brand new claim, so you start from scratch. 52 weeks is well outside their "linking" period.
They are rolling out the new "Work and Health Programme", details of which you can find on this site. As a new claim I don't expect you will be sent to that either.

Re: signing on back on jsa advice needed
you maybe have to go back onto the wp as it was 2 years at the time unsure if it stood at this rate last year
however you have passed the water shed claim area therefore you under a new claim reference therefore your claim starts afresh
you will be asked more like demanded if you have made a ujm account this reference is on the site about it
universal credit is a problem what might have been refused may not be so with universal credit so watch your areas if your in one you also have to claim universal credit
new reference jsauc is different to the old jsag

Hello and welcome newsignon!
Duration of the Work Programme
11. Once Jobcentre Plus refers a participant to the Work Programme, you
have 104 weeks to work with that participant to help them into sustained
employment.
12. Unless a participant completes early, you will be expected to deliver 104
weeks of continuous support regardless of whether a participant
changes benefits, or moves into employment. Further information
regarding participants who complete early can be found in Work
Programme Provider Guidance Chapter 10 – Completing the Work
Programme.
13. This means that:
you remain responsible for ensuring that participants get the right
support for the whole 104 week period. For example, you will remain
responsible for the participant if they move out of your Contract
Package Area, if there has been a breakdown in relations between
you and the participant, or if the participant is imprisoned. It will be for
you to determine the appropriate course of action, which might include
using other parts of your supply chain, changing your method of
delivery, or making arrangements with other providers to deliver
support

Early completers of the Work Programme
1. An early completer is someone whose time on the Work Programme ends before
the 104 weeks allotted time is reached.
Early completers of the Work Programme
8. Early completion of the Work Programme can occur in these circumstances
only:
final outcome payment has been claimed by provider
participant is referred to Work Choice
participant is referred to Work First Scotland
participant becomes deceased.
