esignature signing
ive looked into esignature signing and whilst fraud can be done rather easily
it dosnt mean that anyone can copy and paste a signature to another document as this is fraud in its own right
esignature legality

esignature fraud case
https://digt.com/electronicsignature/tpost/z4zb23dcb1-electronic-signature-fraud-a-legal-case
as with providers of the dwp they cannot copy and paste esignatures from one document to another as this is clear fraud on there behalf of the provider anyone coming across this situation id advise seek advice straight away
as that document is voided straight away as esignatures cannot be transfered from one document to another
refusing to sign dwps esignature at signing is here

Re: esignature signing
Interesting posting, #Admin.
This happened to me once, from the e-signature pad. I signed my declaration for the JCP, to get my money. Then the Roach , rehashed my 'claimant commitment'... They printed me a copy off, I said 'did I need to sign the contract/commitment?'. No was there reply, 'I have used your signature, from the declaration...'. 🤪
And that is how easy this fraud can happen! The trouble is most victims of this crime won't know it's happened! You could see more private companies, sidestepping 'consent', by this fraudulent method?

Re: esignature signing
To be honest if they said that
theyve actively created a new claiment commitment and rehashed its original esignature ( the adviser has knowingly frauded a document )
infact this is wrong you would need to resign a new esignature with a new cc otherwise its actually void
an original esignature dosnt carry on when a change has been made to the cc agreement
everything ive read points to the same thing that the esignature agreement is only for that original document and not another document
weather its a change to the document or not that esignature must be done again so it records that you agree by its terms and conditions
copy and paste is not allowed from one document to another as the document is imediately void

Re: esignature signing
While this happened a few years back, so be hard to prove...
However, I am not a technical person. So I was wondering how to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that a person hasn't signed the supposed document?
Would a computer coding show the difference between a 'copied & pasted' image and image from the e-pad? You can see my point here, otherwise it is your word against theirs????

Re: esignature signing
Thanks #Jobber. .
You explained it well enough for even a Luddite like me could understand.
You could see it is open to fraud from this technology. As had to e-signature for a parcel this week.
