Jobseekers phone call

So had my second call yesterday since they started again. For know it seems they are going to be every month instead of every two weeks- I'm on Job Seekers. Work coach wants me to do online line Business Admin course. Asked about when courses would take place face to face and was told I would have to get used to the idea of doing them online. Also asked about what documents I had used to verify my identity, don't know why, I have not been asked to show anything since I made my claim in 2018.

I personally always like doing everything online. Trying to have a conversation with the roach shop either on phone or face to face, is a total waste of everyone's time. That was my experience.

I never, not once, came out of that place with anything remotely suitable or anything positive been achieved in 3 years of appointments either every week or fortnightly.

They need to get over themselves bigtime! with this garbage of, 'tailored support,' 'specialist support, individual needs catered for 'blah blah blah all idealisms. Their idea of those aspects are: WP1, WHP and, now some other circus called jets. I feel really sorry for younger generations who will no doubt see this farce for what it is. And find real work for themselves as soon as it exists. Employed or self-employed.
