JCP referred job interviews
Hi all.
Just wondering what rights jobseekers have to not accept an interview for certain jobs that they can set up in office, or are buttering you up for arranging. I was told since I've been on JSA over a year now, that I should really be taking on anything the job centre can provide and that they have a hand in setting up.
Does that mean I have no say in the jobs they can set me up for?
Just wondering what level of control jobseekers have within their rights in this scenario.
Kind thanks.

Re: JCP referred job interviews
*Jobs for which you don't have the relevant experience.
*Jobs for which you don't have the relevant qualifications / training.
*Jobs that are located more than 90 minutes travel, door to door, of your home.
*Jobs which would exacerbate a health condition that you have (e.g. noise intolerance)
*Jobs which contravene a religious belief That one needs verifying.
*Jobs which contravene a moral objection (e.g. jobs in a butcher's shop if you are a strict vegetarian) Needs verifying.
*Self employed jobs.
*Commission only jobs Needs verifying.
*Jobs which interfere with caring responsibilities Rules around that need verifying.
These are just a few ideas off the top of my head.
