sorry to say if i was renting propertys out id agree with the landlords

if no payment within 4 weeks monthly rent payed for then id have to evict my tenants

as my payment to the bank has to be paid monthly with no default whatsoever on those payments

thats just small scale if you have 8 houses all been rented and no payment is made for 6 weeks on each it can give massive issues and your banks looking for there payments

I agree with Admin; It's crazy paying the rent element to the Tenant, Rent should go directly to the landlord.
I rent privately from my buddy, Paid every month on time no matter what, [ I cannot get HB].
He still accepts DSS/UC tenants, but more and more landlords are refusing DSS/UC due to the Delays and Government "Punishment" of the out of work poor.
