universal credit helpline charges scrapped

"Theresa May scraps universal credit helpline charges", but it seem the U-C Caravan is still moving on regardless, with a fire damage sale mentality? 
Also will people to whom have used this number to get U-C, will they be able to get a refund?

My area went full UC rollout today so when the next esa reassessment hits it could be a case of ffw to MR to appeal circuit to UC nightmare.
The link to the Guardian piece posted by El-dudeareno shows a picture of Debbie Abrahams that looks as if her head has been cut and pasted from a different photo. The closer I look the more obvious it is. The tilt of the face is wrong, the head is slightly too big, the lighting is off, the body looks cut n pasted also. Is this mainstream media rubbing our noses in it with a nod towards fakes, fiction, lies within media being all encompasing ? hmm.
