Budget Jobs Plan to Cost £70,000 Per Job

According to the usually reliable Institute for Fiscal Studies the Budget's Back to Work policies will have a limited impact and cost about £70,000 per job created.
Government's wasting money on job creation policies is nothing new but that really does seem like a whole new level of wastefulness.
