The sheer arrogance of the DWP knows no bounds. Totally ludicrous how its allowed to operate in the way it does IMO. The only people who are truly aware of their antics are those who are penalised by it. Others, feel they’re doing a real fine 'job.' Always good entertainment when watching them trying to convince the committee they’re doing an outstanding job. I wonder if they'd like to put that to a vote to the unemployed? Have a good idea their stats would change very quickly.
Unfortunately the inactions taken by some committees investigating appear to end in the result of...nothing to see here...move along now, just hot air.
If they actually penalised these departments like they do claimants, they may one day start to act in a decent manner towards already very vulnerable people. Feel we will all have a very long wait though. Still with their delusion's of 'building back better.' 2022 is bound to be wonderful .
