I posted this before in the wrong section of the forum:

Anyone hear of Sinclair Wellbeing and Training Solutions?

My work coach in a call to me today, has arranged for them to call me tomorrow. She said that it wasn't mandatory that I do training with them, just that they would call me to explain options open to me, should I decide to train with them.

Is there anything I should be wary of? And how can I stop them "deciding" for me I should train with them?
