Thanks for the link below El-dudeareno and bloody disgusting practice that everyone should help to stamp out if ever they come against such disgusting behaviour.Under health and safety requirements alone, if companies etc have  x amount of people in a building, and only 1 accessible toilet they would be in deep CRAP! literally Laughing  Evil or Very Mad

https://www.yourlocalguardian.co.uk/news/11521849.disabled-woman-35-humiliated-after-wetting-herself-when-not-allowed-to-use-mitcham-jobcentre-toilet/

The above info in that link is a bloody disgrace and i would have been seeking to take them to the cleaners Laughing  Laughing .

Human Rights Act.
Article 3:Prohibition of torture and inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.
I dare them to try that with me. Twisted Evil

Article 3 protects you from:
torture (mental or physical)
inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.
The state must also investigate credible allegations of such treatment.

And maybe this for people who think it's quite alright to deny access to toilets in particular when someone is disabled etc.

Equalities Act 2010:
A disabled person is defined as someone who has a physical or mental impairment that has a substantial and long-term adverse effect on their ability to carry out normal day-to-day activities.1 Discrimination arising from a disability occurs when a disabled person is placed at a substantial disadvantage in comparison with non-disabled people."

Employers have a general duty under the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974 to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, the health, safety and welfare of their employees at work. People in control of non-domestic premises have a duty (under the same Act) towards people who are not their employees but use their premises.

Hope the above information will help others in the future and if in doubt when ever put in this position by companies etc seek legal advice. They will be expecting you not to. Evil or Very Mad
