Work capability assessment question

Hi all,

Anyone know if your UC payments are affected while waiting to be assessed for a work capability assessment?

I think any payments are only affected after a decision has been made.

But a failed WCA does not mean they can ignore your disabilities. You still have the right to a restricted CC.

I thought once a WCA decision was made, the payment stays the same if as i am on uc, and claimant resorts to normal activities under the pre-WCA circus?

Not bothered about getting any more in payment from any WCA but, reducing my payment UC would affect me.

No, you payment stays the same.
