tv license reference

im not a lover of tv license i state it should be put onto council tax as a mast payment only say 30.00 or 40.00 on top of council tax payment

bbc should be forced to advertise like the rest of them

no license fee to be paid then as it becomes a mast charge and everyone can get it

but this is disgusting
