"Danielle John forgot to inform her work coaches about the miscarriage and later received a letter from the Department for Work and Pensions telling her that she would be sanctioned as a result."

How dreadful it this situation of this woman. The worse thing about this the main stream media, wont run a story like this of how bad the 'sanction regime' is!

I am interested in the outcome of this case.

Legally, she is outside the appeal process unless DWP has made an error.

The alternative is the complaints procedure.

I feel if this gets onto social media groups- the mainstream media might go for this. Truly disgraceful. The woman's mental state would've been impaired and numbskulls down at roach shop should have been intelligent enough to have taken her whole situation into account.
