The UK Government said 61 senior civil servants in the DWP last year got awards at an average of £9600.

61 senior civil servants in the DWP – which is in charge of the welfare system, including the botched roll-out of Universal Credit – last year got awards at an average of £9600. = £585,600

183 grade six employees were given awards of £1450 in the financial year 2017-18. = £265,350

More than 55,000 staff in admin, executive officers and higher executive roles got £500 (It was actually £518). = £28,490,000

Total: £29,340,950

Is this the price these days for being complicit in, or at least turning a blind eye to, institutionalised theft from the vulnerable and mass murder?

It is because of people like this that I do not personally feel like a scrounger / parasite and everything else that I might have been called at some time in the past. They have their noses in the trough further than I do.
