My CC looks like a joke LOL.

One of the items in my CC is that I will:-

* 'target' employers - I could argue that I have no idea what this means (if I were being pedantic).

* I will 'go on' employers' websites (instead of 'visit' their websites).

* this is an interesting one, a bit existential, I will 'consider' sending speculative applications if there are no vacancies. I wonder if I put an entry in my journal, that I 'considered' sending a spec' letter (complies with the exact instruction in the CC) but then I never actually sent one LOL.

"consider" - think about complying and then comply is what it means. You'll get bugged about like I do with the "voluntary" WHP. (I will consider it when they follow proper procedures lol)

I do wonder about that journal. Is what you write there your data or theirs?

The data recorded by the claimant to their UJ journal is theirs and they are entitled to request all information posted within their account.

Mine too! Just a generic one setup for me to comply with or get hung.designed to to ANY work,ANYWHERE,ANY TIME,IMMEDIATELY,BLAH BLAH BLAH.Dwp are in a bubble or living on another planet.Their expectation placed upon claimants is not taking their individual circumstances fully into account as per their own regulations clearly state.This has been my experience on many occasions and have had to keep repeating myself like some demented parrot to get it through their thick heads.

Me too Caker, having all communications now in written format rather the odd elusive phone call puts everyone on a far more fairer footing as no room for doubt.Just be careful what we type and all should work out good.
