How to change your Universal Credit payments

For some, the trouble stems from the fact that Universal Credit is a single monthly payment that includes housing costs, meaning the claimant pays their rent to their landlord/housing association, direct.

Also, it takes five weeks to enter your bank after making a claim, and then is paid monthly after that.
