Data Protection
To what extent does Data Protection legislation protect the jobseeker from prying Coaches. Are firms prepared to fend off bullying Coaches?

Re: Data Protection
being a firm dosnt mean they can divulge your details to anyone on the phone and therefore if they do its a security matter as well as passing your private details to an unknown phone caller weather it be dwp adviser or not.
if you provide a business with a dpa notice requesting them not to provide any data to any caller or anyone they have to abide by the data principle not to divulge or provide details

Sending the business a letter should be sufficient.
