Hundreds of thousands of severely ill and disabled people are being wrongly denied the benefits they are entitled to.

The flawed assessment systems for Employment and Support Allowance (ESA) and Personal Independence Payment (PIP) mean countless people are not being granted the vital payments they need and deserve.

At the same time, cuts to legal aid mean people cannot access legal support to challenge these unfair decisions.

With our dedicated team of staff, pro bono lawyers and volunteers, we provide the legal advice and representation that low-income and vulnerable people need to submit an appeal and get access to a fair hearing.
Nationally, 69% of disabled people wrongly turned down win their appeal. With our help, 88% win.
