Disabled war veteran threatened with homelessness after DWP slashed his benefits
A disabled war veteran who is fighting against cancer has been left in fear of becoming homelessness, after cruel officials from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) slashed his benefits.
George Brodie, 51, served in the first Gulf War and says he has been failed by the so-called ‘Military Covenant’, which supposedly guarantees protections for ex armed-forces personnel.
