I enjoyed that video. Whilst it exposed the prejudice towards someone who had the appearance of being homeless, it is also pertinent that had the waiter served a person who could not afford to pay for his order, then he (the waiter) could have been reprimanded by the restaurant manager.

I wonder if the restaurant has a clear policy about what do about potential customers who appear not to have the means to pay. I wonder if that policy (if it exists) contains clear criteria for identifying such people. Suspect
