...Or proud. Fascist leaning creates an entire world coloured with the ideological importance of dividing the strong, good people from the weak and degenerate ones.
In this sense fascism is an adaptation of farming practices to human society. Those on top are the farmers and the those at the bottom the ones that risk impede their efforts.

So to the fascistic mindset the weeding of the weak, or at least their separation from the rest of the "stock" is an essential principle of their "good governance". the added bonus is of course that also preserves the farmer position at the top of the food chain.

These people are not ashamed of thinking their are better humans, they are proud of their imagined superiority.
