I'm on jsa and I've been imitimidated and threatend with sanctions for withholding my signature by workcoach and floor manager if I do not sign consent to share my details to third parties form, even though the form says you can withdraw you consent at anytime.

Im being sent back to whp provider and wc expects me to give my consent away under duress. If I don't they will refer me to a decision maker.

Heres a FOI @Catwoman:

"DWP have no recorded information which refers to a legal or mandatory requirement for participants on the Work and Health Programme to complete or sign paper or electronic documents drawn up by a provider. "

https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/448380/response/1119550/attach/html/2/FoI%205283%20IR%20662%20IR%2053%20reply.pdf.html

So you would think that they are on thin ice if they go ahead with this 'sanction'? Twisted Evil

I had that foi ready for them , they wouldn't look at it. They wouldn't look at it because it would prove they are lying to me. So they kept me for 2 hours using threats of sanction.

I realise now that if it was mandatory then they would have sanctioned me within 2 minutes never mind intimidate me for two hours.

Well done to you @Catwoman  Work & Health Programme FOI's 2548807573 . Are there any rule with regards to W-Roaches refusing to acknowledge any evidence given to them, as you say you had the relivant FOI in black and white?

On a side note, we should start to take buckets with us as most JCP don't have a public toilet. And they are going with the tactic of keeping people waiting to be seen, "So they kept me for 2 hours using threats of sanction.". . I hope they have a good carpet cleaner...
