We might need to add a footnote/comment of what the FOI contain, to make it easier to find the required information. As I could see pages and pages of FOI's to filter though?

Also I was wonder if Admin could store them as the FOI-pdf files on this site, as sometime the hyperlink goes a stray and you can get to the webpage when you need it?

This is where a relational database would come in handy.

A simple easy to use data-entry terminal would create a data store that can be quickly accessed.

Contributors could quickly populate this database overtime.

Then finding any relevant FOI information would be simply a case of entering your search parameters such as,

Work and health programme, data protection, most recent .

That is a simple search but you can drill right down if you make sure the data entry points contain enough information.

Any way just an idea, I think you have the manpower to achieve a fantastic database which would aid everyone fighting the cause.

I have been silent recently as I am still in the process of setting up my project, which is open to everyone should they wish to get involved.

My project is able to provide the means and tools to create this database, it just needs willing.

Yes it is that time I shamelessly plug my site again but I do not do it to spam your forums, far from it.

I just see you have a need and my project can provide the solution.

You own it as well me, it belongs to us all, so if I or the domain vanished overnight the project can still continue and be back up and running within the hour.

The only aspect that I cannot give away is the domain name, that will vanish with me, but really I think most people would come up with a better name anyway.

You can join in learn the ropes then take it all and build your own site that is fine.

as its pointless keep on plugging your site if it isnt open and ready for people to use it

If you mean is still under development then sure but is that not the case with every piece of software ?
