There are changes to Jobcentre Plus opening hours over Christmas and New Year.

Date England and Wales Scotland
Monday 25 December 2017   Phone lines and local offices closed Phone lines and local offices closed
Tuesday 26 December 2017 Phone lines and local offices closed Phone lines and local offices closed
Wednesday 27 December 2017 Phone lines open for urgent enquiries about payments only. Local offices closed Phone lines and local offices open for urgent enquiries about payments only
Thursday 28 December 2017 Phone lines and local offices open as usual Phone lines and local offices open as usual
Friday 29 December 2017        Phone lines and local offices open as usual Phone lines and local offices open as usual
Monday 1 January 2018       Phone lines and local offices closed Phone lines and local offices closed
Tuesday 2 January 2018       Phone lines and local offices open for urgent enquiries about payments only Phone lines open for urgent enquiries about payments only. Local offices closed
