Again the DWP throwing money at a problem. And missing the in the Room, of employers not wanting to employ disabled people?
A couple of points here, with all of the programs/schemes out there. Can a claimant only be on one intervention at a time? You could see️ one coach/mentor saying one thing, and another coach contradictioning them.
Next port of call. How many scheme's/programs/interventions are the DWP running today: WHP, Health Transformation program, Bootcamps, Health Coaching etc etc... This must cost the DWP a pretty penny from the treasure chest?
And finally... Does anyone know the percentage of 'Disabled' people that are employed by the DWP ... Practicing what they preach .

So this programme really translates as £58million craftily transferred to their friends in the private sector. A small minority of participants might benefit from it, the majority won't. After X years official reports will be published concluding it has been an expensive failure. And the underlying issue that employers prefer to overlook those with health issues goes unaddressed. Plus ca change.

It's pretty high. A lot of their staff seem mentally challenged.

And yet the 'Gravy Train' rolls on.... And just create another Scheme. When it fails to achieve much

Oneman and Leaf, be careful describing DWP staff as mentally challenged. When I signed on earlier in the week, as I handed over my 3bits of ID, I joked to the WC it was a more like dealing with Border Force than JCP. The WC laughed and told me who their previous employer was. Think powers to detain & handcuffs. Why waste money on courses and programmes when instrad they could just recruit WC who are trained restraining deviants and wrongdoers to scare us all back into work?

What is stopping them from continuing their work without spending another £59 million paid to somebody else?

I don't understand ignatious. Why would anybody need to be restrained in a job centre? What diabolical circumstances would have to occur for somebody to have to be physical stopped by security? What situation would cause such a break down in communication for this to happen?

I would hate to have your work roach had it so easy no 3 forms of ID no job search check since 2017 three work roaches went on strike this year since Feb 10th till 21st March and 10 April till 28th April due to the protest against any local job centre closing down in my area no signing on required monies paid automatically in and out of the job centre 2 minutes tops asked for circumstances change started some charity work to gain experience roach told me cannot be assed with the paper work forms stress her out lol sum up my job centre staff ain't complaining at all half the dim wits working there cannot be assed to even write down my appointment times/dates tell me you do it yourself this is the North West area.
I had it bad before 2017 really bad some really nasty work roaches will be on your case every fortnight.

Nope been singing on since 2014 jsa still have all my work commitments switched on think they have given up on me up/or feel sorry for me/hate the government/manager.
I do notice these 3 roaches don't want any trouble at all all they say is hello how restart next appointment this and that I think they rather waste their time with someone can actually get a job or a high work load who knows could be many other reasons sometimes I sign on one roach would have to serve 12 customers at the waiting room while the other two roaches out having food.

The DWP will probably regard posting on benefit forums as all the proof they need that deviants and wrongdoers walk among us.
Expect agreeing not to contribute to forums encouraging people to challenge idiot and malicious WCs to feature on claimant commitments in the future.

Do remember that your work commitment is a two way, signed agreement. Signed by both sides in an agreement!
After many years, I have just agreed to my first claimant commitment on UC. I have had so many years of disagreement that they have eventually backed down and only recently given me reduced work search adjustments. It had taken a year of Ill health to get to this and many, many, continuous complaints but they have finally found out that It costs too much to deny me and they will be investigated if they lie or stray from what is lawful. I will not stop.

Re: DWP announces new plan to get 25,000 people with health conditions back into work before March 2025
I went to work for myself as a heating engineer. I didn't start work until July with everything I need to ready for the job, a job Id done before.
I stopped about June 2023 due to the health problems I've had since 2012, Fibromyalgia, chronic depression and acute fog, and the job not working out.
I was re-assessed and have had my UC claim money more than halved with the limited capability for work component and status stripped from me after 10 YEARS[u]of being in receipt of.
After gaining an unfit for work note whilst on appeal I've been harassed 4 times by a work coach asking for interviews and commitment reviews.
Apparently if it goes against you while appealing the Doctor will not go against their remote statistic conclusion for work fitness.......
I emailed Damien Moore ,my, MP for Southport, and after a couple of emails have basically had no help with Dwp failing to give me any information about the complaints procedure.
I][u]I URGE ANYONE DO NOT GO ON THE BACK TO WORK PROGRAMMES !!!!!
Do not trust them
Please COPY PASTE SHARE SEND to share to help me and anyone else this might distroy.
Yours sincerely G from SOUTHPORT
