Income-based JSA eligible for housing repair grant?
I'm JSA income-based claimer, owner occupier of a 1 room ground floor flat, with a shared freehold (shared with someone who would give permission for repairs). Would I be eligible for any council/governmental grants to repair my leaking flat roofs which have caused both ceilings to fall in from the dampness?
Also, would I be eligible for an extension grant?

It depends on your local authority's grants and loans for repairs policy.
