Hi all Smile

This should make you all smile, Just had a phone call from the Citizens Advice people where they told me everything the jobcentre put in my journal is mandated Rolling Eyes so they don't need to issue a Mandate (MAN).

How ridiculous, I guess they are a major funder of Citizens Advice now.

One point that comes to my mind #Wizo. If as you where told 'everything the jobcentre 🚽 put in my journal is mandated'. How does a claimant know when something is mandatory/voluntary ❓ 🤔
I thought anything mandated needs to be explained by the Roach clown with consequences of non compliance ⛈. Seems the want the default settings to be mandatory, so claimant's follow like 🐑? Id like to read the JCP 🚽 guidelines on this, as it could be the C-A having an office 'garden party'....💫
