IT Blunders Empty IT Blunders

After reading theses articles about Post Office workers conviction's for fraud due to an IT problem, and now having there names cleared🤗.

It got me thinking about the DWP🚽's computer systems. As more of there operations are becoming computerized/online. Has anyone experienced any problems, due to an IT problem with the JCP 🚽. As they are dealing out sanctions like smarties, it too convenient to blame an computer problem. 🤔. And claimants having to live with the fallout ⛈.
