Variation of Claimant commitment on JSA

I was wondering if anyone knows if the following has changed or not,

The process of challenging changes to a claimant commitment used to be that work coach would send off the claimant commitment they wanted you to have to decision maker and that your JSA was not supposed to be suspended ( AR 543 was supposed to be used ) , if decision maker went in favour of work coach , then you has something like 5 days to sign it or your JSA would be stopped. Is this still the current process for someone that is on JSA and already has a claiment commitment in place that work coach now wants to change ?
