UC and taking short holidays abroad Empty UC and taking short holidays abroad

At the moment I'm receiving JSA but I was thinking of applying for UC for the following reasons.

I've been out of work for a while and virtually unemployable. I have been studying other European languages for a while. I'm in a situation where my foreign language skills are advanced but I lack experience and I wouldn't be employable (yet) as a fluent foreign language speaker.

Therefore my plan would be:

1) Apply for UC (consequently this would kick me out of JSA)
2) Periodically take some short breaks (1-2 weeks every 2-3 months) abroad and practise the language intensively.
3) Keep on apply for vacancies in UK via Internet
4) Potentially apply for vacancies abroad as well.

What is the sustainability of this plan?

I read here:
http://data.parliament.uk/DepositedPapers/Files/DEP2019-0465/Going_Abroad_v3.0.pdf

Temporary absences abroad
It is a general requirement that claimants must be in Great Britain (GB) to be entitled to Universal Credit but there are circumstances when a person is still entitled to Universal Credit whilst temporarily absent from GB. For payment purposes, legislation allows claimants to go abroad for any reason for up to one month. Where the claimant is entitled immediately before they go abroad and their absence will not exceed one month they can be treated as in GB. They will still need to satisfy their work related requirements and meet their claimant commitment. There is no limit to the number of periods of up to one month allowed abroad each year.

How does this work in practice? Do holidays need to be approved by the work coach? Would a work coach object to this plan?
I'd be staying in hostels/cheap accommodations and I could come at relatively short notice if required.

I cannot foresee any problems with the plan.

Just a thought, when I returned from abroad I decided as a contingency plan to attend conversational classes at the local Polytecnick and I kept in contact with friends via the telephone and post.
