Hidden Posts

Some people wish to keep their questions private (Lucy), so the whole topic is hidden.

If you wish to contribute positivley to the hidden post you need to create a conversation.

I tend to use the facility when I am in exploratory mode.  I always aim to post information that is accurate and up to date at the relevant times.

I also use it to post private cases.

hidden posts was a feature on the forums comes in handy also note

certain parts of the forum cannot be seen unless your a member here really its just a useful sub area to post into

always except that they could be others that could identify you

so best advice is provide some info to get help from members but if need to go into really private detail best to use the pm system

I think it's a great feature, but I am not sure how exactly it works. Posts are still hidden for me even though I am logged in and I don't want to write in a topic I don't know anything about it.

Anyway, keep up the good work with giving advice and such guys

Ditto re hidden posts. I can't see them even using a different browser when logged in.

Absolut, I remember you posting to one of my hidden posts some time ago.

I think there are a few glitches with the site.

I've never had problems with private messaging until yesterday.

I was just wondering is there an area/folders in this forum that is only available to members? Or does this posting refer to post within a thread?

Hidden posts should be visible to anyone logged in, but some members are currently not able to access hidden posts when logged in.

Admin' is aware of the problem and it should be addressed in due course. Bear with us until then.
